Learn Skills to Live & Work in the Present Moment, Perform at your Best, and Cope with Stress with Our Eight Week Program
Find your employees more in the flow of life, dealing with stress, enjoying work & life more, and performing at their best. Life Works™ Meditation Series will teach employees to consciously and methodically deal with the demanding challenges of everyday life, stress and pain.
Research is proving that we can learn to use our own innate resources to:
• Make more effective and conscious decisions about how we deal with life and work challenges
• Increase our ability to focus and work & play “in the zone”, and relax
• Cope more effectively with both short and long-term stressful situations, and chronic pain and illness symptoms
The Life Works™ Meditation Series meets once per week for eight weeks, with one daylong retreat. The program cost includes:
• Guided instruction in mindfulness and meditation practices
• Group discussions
• Gentle stretching
• Daily "homework"
The Meditation Group Series typically includes:
8 sessions, each 2 to 2 1/2 hours in length (The number and length of sessions and length can be modified.) Tele-series or in-person formats available.
One - all day retreat (6 - 7 hours including a lunch break).
Individual sessions can also be added at an additional cost.
