Life Works supports healthy work and play, giving and receiving, doing and being, eating and moving.

Life Works! is one of the 1:1 class options with coaching in the Vital Life Collection designed to support you in living life fully -- being your best self, while enjoying and contributing to all that life can be. Your 1:1 class will focus on learning life as a process, mindfulness and/or habit changing skills. There will be five 1-hour Tele-classes. Choose the focus of your classes.
