Life Works! is a 1:1 class. There will be five 50-minute Tele-classes with coaching. Materials typically include cutting-edge, biometric feedback software, a workbook and book.


Your instruction will be personalized! You’ll receive your own personal workbook to help you focus on the area of your life where you most want to experience the benefits right now! You’ll learn how to measure your progress and physiological changes with software technology.

We encourage all of our prospective clients who are considering taking a Life Works Class to begin with a Discover Session. It gives you an opportunity to explore whether the Life Works Class is the right fit for you. This session also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. The session is 20 minutes + Q&A. No-obligation, no fee.
